Shipping Policy

Certain custom items are taking longer than expected to restock and ship out.We will continue to work to be as transparent with our customers as possible. Please email us at simway@simwayhk.com  if you have any questions.

How long will my order take to delivery?

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, in-stock items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days of your order. Before shipment, you can ask the third party come to inspect the items.   You can choose your carrier team, or require us to carrier your order . The shipping cost will confrimed with you before shipment.

Backorders

Backordered products have a minimum lead time of 16 weeks prior to being delivered.

How will my order be delivered?

Smaller parcels will be sent via a small parcel carrier such as USPS or UPS or on occasion through our freight partner, depending on size.
While single armchair may ship freight.

Curbside Delivery(Terms To C)

If you are the end-customer Your purchase will be brought to your residence at a pre-scheduled time and our freight team will bring your order to the curb. You will have to be at the destination to meet the driver. Your order will not be unpacked.You may be left with the shipping pallet.Your order may arrive in a crate.

You will be contacted at least 36 hours in advance of delivery to schedule a drop-off appointment.You will also receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships, allowing you to keep tabs on your items estimated arrival.Evening and weekend delivery is not available.If you are unable to accept the delivery within 48 hours of contact, your order will accrue a storage fee per day daily until your order is delivered (including weekends).

Multiple Shipments (Terms To C)

If your order contains several items, we typically wait until your entire order is in stock before shipping it out to ensure one delivery fee and delivery date.

If you would prefer to receive your items in multiple shipments, please contact our support team at simway@simwayhk.com  and be sure to include your order number for reference.

Revising Shipping Information

We work hard to ensure your order is delivered on time. If an order’s shipping information needs to be revised post-purchase, or if the order needs to be redirected during transit, that order may incur a re-consignment fee.

What if I need my order in a hurry?

Expedited delivery currently is not offered via our website.However, if you would like to inquire about the cost of expediting an order or white glove delivery, please email us at Simway@simwayhk.com

Return Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise once it is received, verify counts, and report any damage that may have occurred during shipment.   In the event of a quality issue, damage during transit, or a mis-ship, Simway is happy to facilitate the shipment or replacement units, so long as we are aware of the issue within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery
